The Yonko Commanders of the Red Hair Pirates are truly terrifying.
The Red Hair Pirates are one of the strongest pirate crews in the world of One Piece. Let by the Yonko, Red-haired Shanks, this crew rules a sizable portion of the New World with great authority. Being a Yonko crew, even the World Government fears them, and their strength is considered to be at the very peak of the One Piece world. Out of all the Yonko crews, the Red Hair Pirates are said to be the most balanced one. According to Brannew, every single commander of the Red Hair Pirates has made a great name for themselves.

All the Officers are considered to be extremely powerful, and their fame is tremendous. They are also all extremely powerful and, thus, it is believed that this crew has no real weaknesses. As such, one of the biggest reasons why Shanks is unarguably among the strongest character in One Piece is because of his powerful three commanders namely Yasopp, Lucky Roux, and finally, the First Mate of the crew, Ben Beckman. While the majority of their abilities remained unknown until recently, the release of One Piece Film: Red ensured that fans found out quite a lot about them. The biggest strengths of Shanks' Commanders are finally known now.
Yasopp's Powers
Usopp's father, Yasopp is an incredible sniper who hails from Syrup Village. He was sought out by Shanks himself as his skill was incredible enough for him to have made a reputation by then. Yasopp's skill with a gun is said to be incredible. It is believed that he can shoot the antenna of a fly from 100m away without harming the rest of it. According to Luffy, his sniping skills are immense and unparalleled. Yasopp might very well be the greatest sniper in the world of One Piece. In One Piece Film Red's guidebook, called 4 Billion, Yasopp is revealed to be a master of Observation Haki.
His skill with his power is known to be quite possibly the best in the entire series. Yasopp is now also an official user of Future Sight Observation Haki. Having this skill means that Yasopp has trained his Color of Observation to such a level that he can see into the future itself. What's surprising is that it is believed that his ability to see the future surpasses that of Katakuri. While Katakuri can only see a bit into the future, just like Luffy, Yasopp is known to have trained this skill to such an extent that he can see into the future for extended periods of time.

Lucky Roux's Powers
Lucky Roux is the cook of the Red Hair Pirates and he is responsible for the diet of the entire group, similar to Sanji's role in the Straw Hat Pirates. It is believed that he has quite a cheerful personality and during the weekdays, he likes to joke around a lot. In combat, however, he is as serious as it gets. Lucky Roux was one of the first people to kill in One Piece and that certainly goes to show that he is not one to take lightly in combat. According to the 4 Billion volume, he is an excellent user of Haki. As such, he probably doesn't possess any Devil Fruit ability.
The volume goes on to state that Lucky Roux uses his entire body as his weapon. As evident from his appearance, his body is massive and carries an incredible amount of toughness to it. By using his strong Haki that Oda praises in the 4 Billion volume, Lucky Roux can take on most people in combat. It is also believed that he attacks like a cannonball during combat and likely coats himself in his Haki while doing so. His legs are also known to be remarkably powerful and flexible at the same time, suggesting that he uses them in combat as well. This makes him quite similar to Sanji.
Ben Beckman's Powers
Ben Beckman is the First Mate of the Red Hair Pirates and Shanks' strongest subordinate. He is known to be exceptionally powerful, and is said to be the shadow to Shanks' light. He is also incredibly smart, known to hold the highest IQ in the entirety of the East Blue. The Red Hair Pirates are known to be quite a lively crew and it is Ben Beckman who provides calmness and composure by being their rock. In combat, he's known to be extremely frightening with incredible strength and agility. He's seen wielding a gun in combat and can attack with its back as well. In One Piece Film: Red, Ben Beckman is seen using Haki on his arms and it is believed to be of an extremely high level.
He can also coat his bullets in Haki and pierce even tough armors with ease. Most importantly, Ben Beckman's Haki is teased to be greater than that of a Marine Admiral, which would suggest that he is, at the very least, on the same level as the Admirals, if not stronger than them. With such powerhouses, it is no surprise that the Red Hair Pirates are an overpowered bunch and, quite possibly, the strongest Yonko crew currently. Their Captain, Red-haired Shanks, is a monster in combat himself and a master of Haki. As One Piece approaches its final saga, this group will be seen in a lot more focus, which is something the fans are very excited about.
